OMHSAS,
the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services of the
DPW in partnership with partners from across the stakeholder community,
have established a firm foundation for the Pennsylvania transformation
to a recovery-oriented mental health system through its work on

Call for Change ,
has launched a newly designed website, Pennsylvania
Recovery and Resiliency .

other news, the dates for the OMHSAS Service Area Planning (SAP)
meetings for Pennsylvania’s state hospitals are listed below.
The meeting start times and locations will be announced when those
details have been determined.
